The Structure
The NRF Management Company provides centralized oversight, strategy, and infrastructure — underwriting, compliance, technology, investor relations, distribution, operations, and marketing.
Regional BDCs operate under this umbrella. Each regional fund deploys capital into private businesses serving regional needs. The first deployment is planned for California, with additional regions to follow.
Why Now
For the last forty years, capital was rewarded for becoming larger, more centralized, and more global. The objective was efficiency — not regional resilience.
